The tickling on the tongue, the itching of the brain. Searching all thought and memory for just another word.
Like Russian Roulette of the mouth, you can't seem to stop pulling the trigger. A slight pause, then shoot again:
"Duck?" "Muck?" "Suck?" "Chuck?"
Every ticking second brings you closer to that word! The excitement of it all thrashes through your veins.
You're getting attention, now. Your parents are watching
